Cancellation Policy

Once the time slot/s have been confirmed and paid for, we will block the time off of our calendar. Renter is entirely responsible for ensuring their booking is completed in a timely manner to ensure the day(s) and time(s) they wish to reserve are available. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be given if the host decides not to utilize the space during the designated rental time and does not cancel on time. Renter agrees to comply with local/federal laws. Renter and guests agree to hold Torus Collective, Olivia Leitstein, or Daryl Yong harmless for any issue whatsoever. Renter to provide proof of liability insurance before using the space. Rules on the premises: No filming is allowed anywhere outside of the studio. Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades/skates, self-balancing motorized boards, and other wheeled apparatus must be kept out of the walkways and common areas. All equipment being used by renter must be kept inside of the studio. Placement of equipment in front of the studio or in the common areas is prohibited. Post studio rental cleaning: Renter is expected to dispose of trash in the designated receptacles and leave the studio as it appeared upon entry. Renter agrees and understands that the personal property is NOT part of the rental agreement. Host will keep students from utilizing, moving, removing any such items located within the studio. Studio will be available for the host at the designated rental time slot(s) and is expected to be locked at the end of the time slot. Renter may receive a code to the lockbox prior to their designated rental time slot in order to let themselves in the studio. Alternatively, the studio owners may be present during the designated rental time slot and the door will be unlocked. Studio must be locked and checked when time has completed, and the key must be returned to the lockbox if used to unlock the studio. Misplacement of the key and failure to return the key to the lockbox will result in a $200 replacement fee.
